Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

At Teesum, we prioritize the privacy, security, and confidentiality of all client-related information. This includes, but is not limited to:

Login credentials
Website and server access
cPanel, database, and hosting information
Any sensitive data shared during project execution

1. Confidentiality Commitment

All Teesum team members, contractors, and partner vendors are bound by strict confidentiality. Any breach of this agreement by a third party or external partner will be considered a serious violation, and the responsible party will be held fully accountable.

2. Duration of NDA

This NDA remains in effect for 24 hours after the project completion or the official end of the client contract.

After this period, responsibility for all project-related data, credentials, and website access fully transfers to the client.
Teesum will not be liable for any claims, disputes, or legal issues arising beyond this 24-hour window.

3. Data Handling & Privacy

Client information is never shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties or other clients.
Each client’s data is treated independently and with the highest level of protection.
Teesum maintains discretion regarding the identity of clients and all details of agreements.

4. Payment & Responsibility

In cases where a client has not completed payments for services including SEO, PPC, Email Marketing, Google Ads, Content Writing, Web Development, or any recurring services:
- Teesum is not responsible for project delays, data loss, or incomplete deliverables.
- Any consequences resulting from non-payment are solely the client’s responsibility.

5. Full Protection

All client data shared during project execution is handled securely and professionally.
NDA ensures that sensitive project information, access credentials, and proprietary data remain confidential and protected at all times.
